To celebrate their 145th anniversary, Seiko released this beautiful Presage watch, inspired by a classic Seiko pocket watch called ‘Timekeeper type 17’. It is a Limited Edition watch with gold accents, celebrating Seiko's enriching life with joy and beauty. Like the pocket watch, it features an onion-shaped crown, and a bezel adorned with intricate details, to echo the silhouette of the historic timepiece. And like the original, this watch features a hand made white enamel dial, the uneven surface of which is unique, no two are exactly alike. It is marked with classic Roman numerals ensuring high legibility, while the box-shaped crystal adds depth to the design. As a member of the Leather Working Group (LWG) Seiko sourced the strap from a sustainable LWG-certified tannery. This Seiko watch has a case made of Steel silver with a diameter of 35 mm and is fitted with a leather strap. Inside the case lies a Seiko Instruments Inc. movement and the watch features a Single anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The watch is 10ATM. This means the watch is suitable for swimming.
